Return and Exchange Policy

    • We provide full refunds on damaged or incorrect orders up to 60 days after the original purchase date. Refunds are credited to the card used in the original transaction.
    • All sales are final, unless items received by the customer are damaged. If this is the case, please contact  immediately. Exchanges are only applicable if the wrong size is sent to the customer, or if the customer would like to exchange for a different size (i.e. an even exchange).
    • Items must be in original condition & must be unused by the customer.
    • We do not refund original shipping charges except in cases of a product defect or shipping error.  Please contact us if you’d like to receive a return shipping label.
    • All exchanges will be sent out via standard USPS shipping.  Please allow 5-7 days for processing all returns and exchanges.  You will get an email notification when the return process has begun and when your new order has shipped.
    • If you receive a refund, we will refund the cost of the item plus tax, but not the original cost of shipping. Depending on where you live, the time it takes your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
    • When shipping items for an exchange, you should consider using a trackable shipping service; we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
